The public is invited to attend the opening reception of “Strange Days” on Friday, July 9 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. The exhibit, featuring artist Bob Dodson, will remain on display until September 4, 2021.
“My work is an ever-changing representation of my journey through life,” said Dodson, who chose the exhibition title, Strange Days in relation to not only the current COVID pandemic, but as a reflection of the general genre of his artwork. “I fully embrace mystery and strangeness.”
Visitors can expect a variety of ceramic works, but Dodson said, “The exhibit will represent a full spectrum of mediums. I find some ideas and concepts cry out for a certain medium for execution.” Strange Days will feature many pieces created out of wood, found objects, ceramic, metal, and acrylics.
